Bell Pepper - 1 (red, cut into long slices)
Bell Pepper - 1 (green, cut into long slices)
Onion - 1 (cut into long slices)
Broccoli - 1 cup
Tomato - 1 (remove pulp and slice)
Chilli Flakes - 1 tsp
Roasted Cumin Powder - 1 and 1/2 tsp
Dried Thyme - 1/2 tsp
Oil - 2 tbsp
Salt - as required
1. Heat oil in a skillet (frying pan). Add all vegetables except tomato.
2. Stir fry on high heat till half-done.
3. Add tomato, salt, chilli flakes, roasted cumin powder and dried thyme.
4. Stir for a minute and serve hot with rice or tortilla/roti.
