Tomato (chopped) - 3 medium
Refined oil - 2 tbsp
Mustard seeds - 1/2 tsp
Methi (fenugreek) seeds - 1/4 tsp
Curry leaves - few sprigs
Salt - 1 tsp or as per taste
Garlic powder/flakes - 1 tsp
Chilli flakes - 1 and 1/2 tsp or as desired
1. Heat oil in a kadai and add mustard and methi seeds. Fry till mustard seeds pop.
2. Add curry leaves, chopped tomatoes and salt, and saute on low heat till tomato is done.
3. Add garlic powder(or flakes) and chilli flakes, mix and cook for another minute.
4. Remove from heat, cool and serve with Dosa, Idli or even Dhokla.
