Boneless Chicken (minced and ground in a mixer) - 300 gm
Onion - 1 medium (Finely chopped)
Ginger (grated) - 1 tbsp
Green chilli (minced) - 1 tsp or as desired
Coriander leaves (Finely chopped) - 2 tbsp
Salt - as per taste
Black pepper powder - 1/2 tsp or as desired
Lemon juice - 1 tbsp
Coriander powder - 1/3 tsp
Cumin powder - 1/3 tsp
Bread crumbs (optional) - 1 tbsp or as required
Olive oil - 1 tbsp (for mixing) + 1/2 tbsp (for greasing)
1. Mix everything together in a bowl.
2. Grease your hands with olive oil and shape kababs.
3. Preheat electric tandoor or oven. Broil on high for 10 minutes on one side.
4. Flip and broil for another 7 minutes on other side.
5. Serve hot with salad and green chutney, tomato ketchup or chilli sauce.
