Broccoli – 1 cup (cut into small florets)
Bell pepper (red, yellow and green) – 1 cup (cut in square pieces)
Babycorn – 1/2 cup (cut in thick discs)
American Pear – 1 cup (diced)
Water – 1/2 cup
Salt to taste
Salad Dressing
Extra virgin olive oil – 1 tbsp
Vinegar – 1 and 1/2 tbsp
Crushed black pepper – 1 tsp
Dry basil – 1 and 1/2 tsp
1. Heat water in a kadahi. Add broccoli, babycorn, bell peppers and salt. Cover and cook on low heat till done.
2. Dry up any left water on high heat and then allow to cool.
3. Prepare the salad dressing by mixing all the dressing ingredients and beating with fork vigorously for 2-3 min.
4. Mix veggies, pear and salad dressing and serve.
