Wheat flour – ½ cup
Maida – ¼ cup
Milk – ½ cup
Honey – 3 tbsp
Egg – 1
Oil – 2 tbsp
Apple – 1 (grated)
Pineapple essence – ½ tsp
Baking powder – ½ tsp
1. Mix all the ingredients to make a smooth batter, save 1 tbsp oil for greasing.
2. Heat a non stick pan, grease with little oil and pour ¼ of the batter in pan.
3. Cover and allow to cook in slow flame till done from one side.
4. Cook the other side. Repeat with rest of the batter.
5. Sprinkle sugar powder and serve.
