Dhaniya - 4 tbsp
Jeera - 2 tbsp
Saunf - 2 tbsp
Methi - 1 tbsp
1. Slightly toast all the spices one by one. Allow to cool.
2. Dry grind all the spices together to powder.
3. Store the powder in air tight jar.
