Atta (wheat flour - आटा) – 1 cup
Maida (refined flour - मैदा) – 1 cup
Sattu (roasted gram flour - सत्तू) – ½ cup
Sooji (rava - सूजी) – ¼ cup
Refined Oil – 1-2 tbsp
Ajwain – 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Refined Oil for frying
Water for kneading
1. Mix all the ingredients nicely and then knead to make a hard dough.
2. Allow the dough to rest for 15-20 mins.
3. Roll out small pooris and deep-fry in refined oil.
