Paneer - 200 gm
Capsicum - 1
Tomato - 2, medium
Onion - 1, medium
Curd (thick) - 2 tbsp
Garlic powder - 1/2 tsp
Ginger powder - 1 tsp
Coriander powder - 1 tsp
Red chilli powder - 1/2 tsp or as per taste
Garam masala powder - 1/4 tsp
Turmeric powder - 1 pinch
Kasoori methi - 1 tbsp, crushed
Mustard oil - 1 tsp
Salt to taste
1. Cut Paneer in thick square pieces. Deseed capsicum and tomato and dice them. Keep aside.
2. Cut onion in 4 pieces, separate the layers of onion. Keep aside.
3. Whisk the curd with rest of the ingredients.
4. Marinate paneer, onion, capsicum and tomato pieces in the whisked curd mixture for minimum 15-20 minutes.
5. Take a skewer and pierce in capsicum, paneer, tomato and onion pieces in the order of your choice.
6. Place the skewer in preheated tandoor for 5-6 minutes or till the sides starts to char.
7. Serve as starter.
