Rice - 1 cup
Mushroom - 200 gm (sliced)
Carrot - 1/2 cup (grated)
Spring Onion - 1/2 cup (finely chopped)
Soya Sauce - 2 tsp
Chilli Sauce - 1 tsp
Refined oil - 1 tsp
Olive Oil/ Refined oil - 2 tbsp
salt to taste
1. Wash rice and soak in water for 1 hr.
2. Boil rice in water with 1tsp refined oil, salt and 1 tsp of soya sauce.
3. Once done, drain the water and leave half-covered.
4. Boil mushroom for 2-3 mins and drain water.
5. Heat olive oil in a kedai, add mushrroms and saute for few mins.
6. Add carrots to mushroom and fry for another few mins.
7. Add remaining soya sauce and chilli sauce and fry for 1 min.
8. Add rice and fry again for few mins.
9. Top with chopped spring onion and serve hot.
