Kuttu Ka Aata (कुटु का आटा, Buckwheat Flour) – ½ cup
Curd – 4 tbsp
Chilli flakes – 1 tsp
Fresh coriander leaves (finely chopped) – 2 tbsp
Cumin seeds (जीरा) – 1 tsp
Sendha Namak (सेंधा नमक, Rock Salt) – as per taste
Water – ¼ cup approx.
Refined oil – 3-4 tsp
1. Mix all the ingredients except oil to make a thick batter and allow it to rest for 15-20 min.
2. Heat a non stick pan, spread the batter to desired size. Add a little oil and cook the dosa till golden brown.
3. Serve hot with coconut chutney or any other chutney of choice.
