Carrot - 1/2 Kg (grated)
Milk - 1 ltr (preferrably full cream)
Sugar - 6 tbsp or as per taste
Ghee - 2 tsp
Green Cardamom Powder - 1 tsp
Dry Fruits - 1/4 cup (optional)
1. Boil milk in a kadahi and add grated carrot to it. Keep boiling on medium flame till the milk thickens.
2. Add sugar and cardamom powder and continue cooking till completely dry.
3. Add ghee and fry for 5-10 mins.
4. Add dry fruits and serve hot.
