Boneless Chicken – 250 gm (cut into 1 and 1/2“ pieces)
Ginger-Garlic Paste – 3 tsp
Green Chilli Paste – 1 tsp
Shaan Tikka Masala – 2 tsp
Lemon Juice – 2 tsp
Mustard oil – 1 tbsp
Butter - 1 tbsp
Salt to taste
Red Chilli Powder/Red Edible Colour - 1 pinch (optional)
1. Clean the chicken pieces and pat dry them.
2. Mix all the ingredient in chicken except butter and marinate for minimum 4 hrs (keep the marinated chicken under refrigeration)
3. Microwave the marinated chicken for 4 mins.
4. Heat a grill pan/ frying pan and add the chicken pieces.
5. Cook on high heat for 2-3 mins.
6. Then cook for another 3-5 mins on low heat or till done.
7. Add butter and stir for further 2 mins.
8. Serve hot with salad/chutney.
