Potato – 3, medium size (boiled, peeled and mashed)
Amul cheese – 3 cubes (grated)
Poha (Chiwda - चिवड़ा) – 1 cup (washed and soaked in water)
Mixed Herbs – 2 tsp or as desired
Black Pepper – 2 tsp (coarsely crushed)
Salt to taste
Maida for coating the rolls
Oil for frying
1. Mix all the ingredients nicely except maida.
2. Make rolls of desired size and coat with maida.
3. Fry on high heat and serve hot with tomato ketchup or any dip of your choice.
