Chicken - 500 gm (skin out, cleaned, cut to medium pieces)
Onion - 1 medium size (finely chopped)
Curd - 4 tbsp
Garlic Paste -1/2 tsp
Corriander Powder -1/2 tsp
Cummin Powder -1 tsp
Black Pepper- 1 tbsp (coarsely crushed)
Kashmiri Mirch Powder -1 tsp
Turmeric Powder - 1/2 tsp
MDH Chciken Masala - 1/2 tsp
Kasoori Methi - 2 tbsp
Green Cardamom - 3
Cloves - 3 nos
Mustard Oil - 1 tbsp
Salt to taste
1. Add all the ingredients to chicken except onion , cardamom, cloves and oil.
2. Mix well and marinate for at least 2 hrs.
3. Heat oil in a heavy bottom kedai.
4. Add cardamom and cloves to hot oil followed by chopped onion.
5. Fry till onion turns light brown.
6. Add chicken alongwith the marinade.
7. Cover and cook on low heat till it dries.
8. Remove the cover and keep frying till oil separates.
