Aaloo – 4 (Boiled, peeled and cut in big pieces)
Garlic Paste – 2 tsp
Red Chilli Flakes – 1 tsp (or as per taste)
Green Chilli – 1 (finely chopped)
Methi – 1 tsp
Amchoor – 1 tsp
Turmeric Powder - ½ tsp
Mustard Oil – 1 tbsp
Salt to taste
1. Heat oil in a kadahi and add methi seeds.
2. Add chopped green chilli once colour of methi changes.
3. Add aaloo , turmeric powder and salt and fry for few mins on high heat.
4. Add garlic paste and fry on medium heat till the raw smell of garlic goes (make sure that garlic is not burnt)
5. Add chilli flakes and amchoor and fry for another 2- 3 mins on low heat.
6. Serve with rice-dal OR roti/paratha/poori.
