Potato (Aaloo) – 3 mediun size (cut in 1” pieces)
Capsicum – 2 (cut in 1” pieces)
Paneer – 100 gm (cut in 1” pieces)
Onion – 1 medium size (cut in circular slices)
Maggi Bhuna Masala (gravy) – 1 packet
MDH Kitchen King Masala – 2 tsp
Kasoori Methi – 2 tsp
Haldi Powder – ½ tsp
Curd – 2 tbsp
Cream – 1 tbsp
Kaju Powder – 2 tbsp
Refined oil - 1 tsp
Salt to taste
1. Heat oil in a pressure cooker and add potato and haldi to it.
2. Fry for 2-3 min, add magi bhuna masala and kitchen king and fry again for few mins.
3. Add paneer, capsicum and onion and stir well for 2-3 min.
4. Add curd, cream, kaju powder and kasoori methi and fry for 2-3 min.
5. Add 1 ½ cup of water and salt, pressure cook for 5-7 min.
6. Serve hot with roti/steamed rice
