Cabbage (patta gobi) - 1 (cut in 4 to 6 pieces)
Onion - 1 (chopped)
Tomato - 1 (chopped)
Ginger - 1/2 inch piece (chopped)
Green Chilli - 2 (chopped)
Cooking Oil - 4 tbsp
Salt to taste
1. Heat oil in a pressure cooker.
2. Fry onion till transparent.
3. Add green chilli, ginger, tomato and salt.
4. Fry till tomato is cooked.
5. Arrange patta gobi pieces over it.
6. Pressure cook for 5 mts occasionally shaking the cooker to prevent sticking.
7. Remove steam and turn patta gobi pieces upside down.
8. Heat till water evaporates to complete dryness. Serve.
