Rajma - 100 gm
Chana Daal - 250 gm
Urad Daal - 100 gm
Onion - 100 gm (grated)
Ginger - 40 gm (grated)
Garlic - 20 gm (finely chopped)
Tomato - 250 gm
Red Chilli Powder - 1 tsp
Green Chilli - 4 (finely chopped)
Hing - 1 pinch
Butter/Ghee - 200 gm
Makhana - 10 gm (fried in ghee)
Dhaniya Patta - 1 bunch
Salt to Taste
1. Wash rajma, chana daal and urad daal. Soak in water for 2-3 hours.
2. Cook soaked daals in pressure cooker with ginger, garlic, red chilli powder and salt.
3. Fry grated onion in 50 gm ghee till brown. Add hing and green chilli
4. Add cooked daal and fried makhana. Add remaining ghee and mix well.
5. Garnish with chopped dhaniya patta and serve.
