Green Banana (kachcha kela) - 6
Garlic - 6 pods
Ginger - 1"
Garam Masala Powder - 1 tsp
Arrowroot Powder - 1 tbsp
Corn Flour - 1 tbsp
Refined Oil - 1 cup
Lemon Juice - 1 tbsp
Onion - 2
Salt to Taste
1. Boil bananas and peel.
2. Add arrowroot, corn flour, ginger-garlic paste, garam masala, lemon juice and salt.
3. Mash and mix well.
4. Shape the mixture into cutlet or tikki and shallow fry in oil.
5. Garnish with onion rings and dhaniya patta. (optional)
