Paneer - 250 gm
Onion - 2 (large size)
Tomato - 2
Garam Masala - 1 tsp
Ginger - 1"
Garlic - 6 pods
Refined Oil - 1/2 cup
Milk - 1 cup
Dhaniya Patta - 1 bunch
Orange-Red Colour
Salt to Taste
1. Cut paneer into big pieces.
2. Make a paste of onion, ginger and garlic. Make tomato paste separately.
3. Fry ginger-garlic-onion paste in oil. Add tomato paste, salt, garam masala and colour.
4. Stir for a while. Add milk and paneer pieces. Cook for 10 minutes on low fire.
5. Garnish with chopped dhaniya patta and serve.
