Aaloo - 500 gm (boiled)
Parwal - 200 gm
Onion - 100 gm (finely chopped)
Garlic Paste - 1 tbsp
Ginger Paste - 1 tbsp
Dhaniya Powder - 1 tsp
Red Chilli Powder - 1 tsp
Jeera Seeds - 1/2 tsp
Jeera Powder - 1 tsp
Garam Masala Powder - 1 tsp
Haldi Powder - 1/2 tsp
Mustard Oil - 3 tbsp
Salt to Taste
1. Peel boiled aaloo and cut in desired size.
2. Cut parwal into four pieces.
3. Heat oil in a Kadahi. Add jeera seeds.
4. Add parwal and onion. Fry till it turns brown red.
5. Add garlic paste and ginger paste. Stir for further 3 to 4 minutes.
6. Add all the spices and further fry for 5 to 7 minutes.
7. Add about 300 to 400 ml water and salt to taste. Allow to cook for about 10 minutes.
8. When done, garnish (as desired) and serve hot with chawal or roti.
