Urad Daal - 250 gm
Til (Sesame) - 250 gm
Salt - 1 tsp or to Taste
1. Soak urad daal in water overnight. Grind to fine paste of thick consistency.
2. Mix thoroughly til and salt with urad paste.
3. Hand beat to make the paste light and fluffy.
4. Wet your hand with water.
5. Take a little paste and drop small "tilauris" over a clean and thin cloth.
6. Place it over a cot and sun-dry thoroughly.
7. Store in an air tight jar. Deep fry to golden colour and serve.
