Tomato - 1/2 Kg
Sugar - 125 gm
Lemon Juice - 1.5 tsp
Dry fruits for garnish
1. Wash the tomatoes and blanch them. Remove the skin.
2. Cut the tomatoes in 4 pieces. Deseed them. Sieve the seed portion to separate seeds and juice.
3. Add tomato pieces, tomato juice and sugar in a pan and allow it to boil for 8-10 minutes on medium heat.
4. Switch off the heat. Add lemon juice. Mix well and allow it to cool.
5. Garnish with dry fruits. Serve as accompaniment with lunch or dinner.
