Chichinda (snake gourd) - 2 (medium size)
Onion - 2 (medium size)
Ginger-Garlic Paste - 1 tbsp
Red Chilli Powder - 1 tsp
Haldi Powder - 1/4 tsp
Dhaniya Powder - 1 tsp
Jeera Powder - 1 tsp
Garam Masala Powder - 1/2 tsp
Refined Oil - 4 tbsp
Salt To Taste
1. Wash, scrape chichinda and cut into 2" pieces.
2. Steam lightly with a pinch of salt.
3. Scoop out seeds from the center of chichinda pieces. Grind the seeds to paste.
4. Fry onion till light pink and grind to paste.
5. Heat oil in a Kadahi, add seed paste and onion paste.
6. Add all the masalas, salt and fry.
7. Stuff steamed chichinda pieces with masala and shallow fry in a frying pan.
