Long Grain Fine Rice/ Basmati Rice - 2 cup
Cloves (lawang) - 6
Chhoti Ilaichi - 3
Cinnamon (daalchini 1" pieces) - 4
Ghee - 3 tbsp
Carrot (gajar) - 2 tbsp (cut in small pieces)
French Bean - 2 tbsp (cut in small pieces)
Green Peas - 2 tbsp
Onion - 1 (chopped)
Salt - 1 tsp
1. Wash rice and soak in 4 cup water for 1 hour.
2. Add 1 tbsp ghee, lawang, ilaichi, daalchini and 1/2 tsp salt.
3. Cook covered in microwave for approximately 14 minutes.
4. Boil vegetables in little water with 1/2 tsp salt.
5. Evaporate any excess water and mix with cooked rice.
6. Fry chopped onion in 2 tbsp ghee till brown and crisp.
7. Top rice with fried onion and serve.
