Chicken - 1 (medium size)
Curd (dahi) - 12 tbsp
Black Pepper Powder - 2 tbsp
Dhaniya Powder - 1 tbsp
Ginger Paste - 2 tbsp
Kesar (saffron) - 2 pinch
Salt to taste
1. Cut chicken to medium pieces. Clean and wash.
2. Add dahi, masalas, salt and kesar.
3. Rub thoroughly into the chicken and leave covered for about 2 hours to marinate.
4. Bake in oven at 230-250 degree centigrade.
5. When the top becomes red, turn the chicken pieces upside down.
6. Bake further till the other side is also done to red.
