Unripe/Raw Mango (कच्चा आम) - 1 (medium size)
Mint Leaves (पुदीना) - 20
Roasted Coriander Seeds - 1 tbsp
Roasted Garlic - 6 cloves
Roasted Red Chilli - 2
Mustard Oil - 1 and 1/2 tbsp
Salt to taste
1. Peel, remove stone (गुठली) and cut mango into small pieces.
2. Add pudina leaves, coriander seeds, garlic and red chilli.
3. Grind to a fine paste. Add salt and mustard oil. Mix and serve.
