Aaloo (Potato) - 250 gm (boiled or baked, peeled and mashed)
Recipe1:
Red Chilli - 1 (roasted lightly and coarsely crushed)
Mustard Oil - 1 tbsp
Salt to taste
OR
Recipe2:
Green Chilli - 2 (finely chopped)
Onion (small size) - 1 (finely chopped)
Mustard Oil - 1 tbsp
Salt to taste
OR
Recipe3:
Green Chilli - 2 (finely chopped)
Garlic - 5 cloves (finely chopped)
Mustard Oil - 1 tbsp
Lemon Juice - 1 tsp
Salt to taste
1. Take the mashed potato in a bowl.
2. Add the ingredients of either recipe1 or recipe2 or recipe3 as per your liking.
3. Mix well with hand, make chokha balls and serve.
