Boneless Chicken - 500 gm (cut into small pieces)
Ginger paste - 1 tbsp
Garlic paste - 1 tsp
Green paste (coraiander leaves + green chillies) - 1 tsp
Salt as per taste
Pepper as per taste
Cornflour - 100 gm or as required (for dusting)
Egg - 1 (beaten)
Bread crumbs - 100 gm or as required (for coating)
Refined oil - as required (for deep frying)
1. Mix chicken pieces with ginger, garlic and green pastes.
2. Add salt, pepper and 1 tsp oil.
3. Mix well and marinate for 2 hours.
4. Dust marinated chicken pieces with cornflour.
5. Dip them in for egg wash and coat with bread crumbs.
6. Deep fry to golden brown colour.
7. Serve hot with tomato sauce, green chutney or your favourite dip.
