Ingredients
|
Paneer - 500 gm (cubed)
Onion - 4 (medium size, sliced)
Tomato - 4 (medium size, sliced)
Capsicum - 2 (medium size, sliced)
Green Chilli - 3 (slit)
Red Dry Chilli - 3
Red Dry Chilli Powder - 2 tsp
Garlic Paste - 1 tsp
Schezuan Sauce - 2 tbsp
Salt - as per taste
Mustard Oil - 1 cup

Method of Preparation
|
1. Heat oil in a kedahi. Add paneer and fry till light golden colour.
2. Add dry red chilli powder and continue frying for one more minute. Remove from kedahi.
3. Add onion and dry red chilli in the remaining oil in the kedahi.
4. Fry till onion is transparent.
5. Add garlic paste and continue frying for about five minutes.
6. Add Schezuan sauce and stir for a minute.
7. Add capsicum and fry till it is tender or done.
8. Add tomato and fry well. Add fried paneer, green chilli and salt. Mix well for 1-2 minutes.
9. Decorate with tomato slices and serve with paratha or rice.
