Chawal Ka Aata (rice flour) - 1 cup
Water - 1 and 1/2 cup
Refined Oil - 4 tbsp
1. Heat water in a Kadahi with 1/2 teaspoon oil.
2. When water boils, add rice flour.
3. Stir continuously and vigorously till it is dry and done.
4. Remove from heat and knead to a soft dough. If it is too hot, moisten your hand with cold water while kneading.
5. Divide the dough into suitable pedas or loyias.
6. Roll rotis using flour dusting (parthan).
7. Heat tawa, sprinkle a little oil and cook rotis on both sides till crisp.
8. Serve hot with fish curry or vegetable curry made with mustard-chilli (sarso-mircha).
