Fish - 500 gm
Onion - 1 (large, finely chopped)
Ginger - 1.5" (grated)
Green Chilli - 4 (finely chopped)
Garlic paste - 1/2 tsp
Dhaniya Patta - 1/2 cup (finely chopped)
Garam Masala Powder - 1 tsp
Lemon Juice - 2 tsp
Cornflour - 1 tbsp
Bread crumbs - 1 cup
Oil as required
Salt to Taste
1. Clean and wash the fish, boil, remove bones and mash well.
2. Add onion, ginger, garlic, green chillies and garam masala powder. Mix well.
3. Add dhaniya patta, lemon juice and salt. Mix thoroughly.
4. Take a little portion of fish mixture at a time and roll into medium size balls.
5. Press the balls to give appropriate cutlet shape.
6. Dip cutlets in a cornflour batter and roll in breadcrumbs.
7. Deep fry in oil and serve hot with green chutney and tomato sauce.
