Fish (Kanti) - 500 gm
Onion - 1 (finely chopped)
Green Chillies - 4 (finely chopped)
Garlic Paste - 1/2 tsp
Ginger Paste - 1/2 tsp
Garam Masala Powder - 1/2 tsp
Haldi Powder - 1/2 tsp
Dhaniya Patta - 1 bunch (finely chopped)
Lemon - 1/2
Red Chilli Powder - 1/2 tsp
Maida - 1 tbsp
Bread Crumb - for coating
Refined Oil - for frying
Salt to taste
1. Clean and boil fish with little haldi and salt.
2. Cool, remove bones from the fish and mash.
3. Add green chillies, garlic paste, ginger paste, salt, garam masala, red chilli powder, onion and dhaniya patta.
4. Add lemon juice and mix well.
5. Make medium size balls (goli) from the fish mixture.
6. Make a batter with maida and water.
7. Dip each ball in the batter and roll on to coat with bread crumb.
8. Deep fry fish balls till golden brown.
