Chana Daal - 1 cup
Haldi Powder - 1/2 tsp
Garam Masala Powder - 1 tsp
Garlic Paste - 1 tsp
Ginger Paste - 1 tsp
Green Chillies - 4 (finely chopped)
Onion - 1 (finely chopped)
Dhaniya Patta - 1 bunch (finely chopped)
Lemon - 1/2
Tomato Ketchup - 1 tsp
Refined Oil - 50 ml
Salt to taste
1. Soak chana daal for 2-3 hours.
2. Grind soaked daal in a mixie or silbatta.
3. Add garlic paste, haldi powder and salt.
4. Mix well and add water to bring daal paste to pouring consistency.
5. Heat 1 tbsp of oil in a kadahi and pour the daal paste.
6. Stir continuously till the water is completely dried up. Remove from fire and cool.
7. Add rest of the ingredients and mix well.
8. Make medium size balls (goli) from daal mixture.
9. Deep fry balls in a kadahi till golden brown.
