Oal (Yam) - 250 gm
Ginger - 250 gm
Green Chillies - 250 gm
Amchoor - 250 gm
Mustard oil - 250 gm
Salt - 250 gm
1. Clean thoroughly and peel the oal(yam).
2. Wash green chillies and remove stems.
3. Clean and peel ginger.
4. Leave oal, green chillies and ginger for a while in sun or fan to dry alittle.
5. Grind the three ingredients together in a Mixie.
6. Add the rest of the ingredients to the paste and mix well to make the chutney.
7. Put the chutney in a glass jar and leave in sun for 1-2 days.
8. Barabar Ki Chutney is ready to serve.
