Low Fat Yoghurt (Curd) - 2 cup
Green Chilli Sauce - 1 tbsp
Mustard Sauce - 1 tbsp
Crushed Pepper - 1 tsp
Capsicum - 1 cup (finely chopped)
(other salad veggies, like onion, cucumber, etc, can also be used for extra crunch)
Salt - 1/2 tsp or as desired
Sugar - 1 tsp
1. Whip the yoghurt together with all the other ingredients, except Capsicum.
2. Add Capsicum (or desired veggies) and mix well.
3. Serve this with crisp snacks like Salt Crackers, Nachos, Khakhra, etc.
