Raw mango – small (cut in medium pieces)
Coriander (Dhanyia) seeds – 1 tsp (dry roasted till aroma comes out)
Red chilli – 4 (roasted)
Garlic – roasted 4 cloves (medium sized)
Salt – 1 tsp or as per taste
Sugar – 1 tsp (optional)
Mustard oil (kachchi ghani) – 1 tbsp
1. Grind all the ingredients together to smooth paste, adding little water if required, to get desired consistency.
2. Cover and keep aside for at least an hour before use.
3. Use it as a dip for Phulauris, Pakauris or Bachkas.
