Coriander seeds - 1.5 tbsp
Cumin seeds - 1 tbsp
Green cardamom - 1
Clove - 1
Cinnamon - 1" pc
Dried red chili - 2
1. Roast each spice, on low heat, till fragrant.
2. Remove on a plate and cool.
3. Dry grind to fine powder.
4. Store in an airtight jar for ready use.
