Til (sesame) - 250 gm
Gud (jaggery) - 300 gm
1. Clean and wash til in water.
2. Strain to remove water using a sieve. Dry til in the sun.
3. Heat a Kadahi and fry til dry without oil. When til stops sputtering, remove from Kadahi.
4. Add gud and water in the Kadahi to make thick* and frothy syrup.
5. Mix fried til and remove from heat. Leave for 10 minutes.
6. Wet your hand, take a little til-gud mixture at a time and press gently to make laddoos.
