Fish (Banspatta*) - 250 gm
Dahi (curd) - 2 tsp
Lemon Juice - 1 tsp
Garlic Paste - 1 tsp
Haldi - 1 tsp
Arrowroot Powder - 1 tbsp
Mustard Oil - 100 ml
Salt to Taste
1. Clean and wash whole fish.
2. Mix haldi, dahi, lemon juice and marinate for 1 hour.
3. Mix salt, garlic paste and arrowroot powder.
4. Fry in hot mustard oil till crisp.
