Aaloo (potato) - 500 gm
Peas (matar ka daana) - 500 gm
Onion - 2 (chopped)
Tomato - 1 (chopped)
Garlic Paste - 1/2 tsp
Ginger Paste - 1/2 tsp
Mustard Oil - 50 ml
Pure Ghee - 1 tbsp
Dhaniya Patta - 1 tbsp (chopped)
Haldi Powder - 1 tsp
Garam Masala Powder - 1/2 tsp
Kashmiri Red Mirch Powder - 1/2 tsp
Jeera Powder - 1 tsp
Tej Patta - 1
Salt to Taste
1. Boil aaloo, remove skin, and cut into medium size pieces.
2. Heat oil in a pressure cooker.
3. Add tejpatta and onion. Fry till onion turns light pink.
4. Add tomato, ginger-garlic paste, aaloo and peas. Fry.
5. Add haldi, salt, garam masala, kashmiri mirch and jeera powder. Stir.
6. Add 1 cup water and pressure cook
7. Top with ghee and dhaniya patta, and serve.
