Ingredients
Dhaniya - 4 tbsp
Jeera - 2 tbsp
Saunf - 2 tbsp
Methi - 1 tbsp
Method of Preparation
1. Slightly toast all the spices one by one. Allow to cool.
2. Dry grind all the spices together to powder.
3. Store the powder in air tight jar.
Notes and Tips
1. This masala can be used in preparing Chicken Roast, Kadahi Paneer , filling of Aloo Kachori, Bhindi Masala etc.
