Parwal (परवल, Pointed Gourd) – 4-5 (cut into half lengthwise and slit at ends)
Kuttu Ka Aata (Buckwheat Flour) – 1 tbsp
Turmeric – ½ tsp
Mustard oil – 1 tbsp
Salt to taste
Method of Preparation
1. Add salt , turmeric and kuttu ka aata to parwal and mix properly.
2. Heat oil in a pan and arrange parwal on the pan.
3. Cook covered on low heat till light brown on one side.
4. Flip the side of parwal and cook covered till the other side is also light brown.
5. Serve hot.
