Macroni – 1 small cup
Water – 2 ½ small cup
Milk – 1 small cup
Chese slice – 2
Dry basil – 1 tsp
Crushed black pepper – ½ tsp or as per taste
Garlic – 1 tsp, finely chopped
Aata (wheat flour) – 1 tsp
Olive oil – 2 tsp
Salt as per taste

Method of Preparation

1. Boil macroni in water, 1 tsp oil and salt. Drain it.
2. Heat 1 tsp oil in pan and add chopped garlic, fry till it turns brown.
3. Add atta and fry it for ½ min.
4. Add milk stirring contiuously so that no lumps are formed.
5. Add cheese slice, basil, black pepper and salt.
6. Keep stirring till cheese melts and white sauce thickens.
7. Add drained macroni and olives, Stir for few mins.
8. Serve hot.
