Carrot - 1/2 Kg (grated)
Milk - 1 ltr (full cream)
Sugar - 6 tbsp or as per taste
Ghee - 2 tbsp
Green Cardamom Powder - 1 tsp
Dry Fruits - 1/4 cup
Method of Preparation
1. Boil carrot in milk in a Kadai stirring ocassionally till the milk thickens.
2. Add sugar and cardamom powder and continue cooking till completely dry.
3. Add ghee and fry for 5-10 mins.
4. Add dry fruits and serve hot.
