Macroni

Ingredients

Macroni - 1 packet (200 gm)
Capsicum - 1 (large size, chopped)
Carrot - 1 (large size, chopped)
Onion - 2 (large size, chopped)
Tomato Sauce - 2 tbsp
Chilli Sauce - 1 tsp
Soya Sauce - 1 tsp
Ajinomoto - 1/2 tsp
White Pepper - 1/2 tsp
Saffola Green or Refined Oil - 50 gm
Butter - 1 small cube
Salt to Taste

Method of Preparation

1. Boil Macroni in 1.5 litre of water with 1/2 tsp salt and 1 tsp Saffola Green.
2. Remove boiled Macroni and spread to drain water.
3. Heat Saffola Green in a pan. Add chopped onion, carrot and capsicum.
4. Fry till onion turns pink.
5. Add Macroni, chilli sauce, soya sauce and tomato sauce. Mix well.
6. Add Ajinomoto, butter and white pepper. Serve Hot.
